West Side Lumber is your authorized STIHL Repair Service Center — a specialized facility authorized and trained by STIHL to provide maintenance, repairs, and servicing for all STIHL products. Our certified technicians have in-depth knowledge of STIHL equipment, ensuring that your tools receive expert care.

OUR RATES

Our repair services are billed at $80 per hour. Services completed in under an hour will be charged in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes. Customers will also be billed for any parts used or ordered during the service. Before any service or maintenance begins, we will provide a diagnostic and an estimated price for approval. The first 5 minutes of diagnostic time is complimentary and any additional time will be billed to the customer.

For chainsaws, we offer a flat rate of $15 per chain sharpened.

Please note: If your tool is not picked up within 30 days of being notified, West Side Lumber will retain full ownership of the tool.
